Headlamp Lens: Service and Repair

Replacement:





Remove:
- battery negative lead (disconnect).
- headlamp. Service and Repair
- headlamp wiper arm stop.
- eight clips holding the lens.
- lens and seal. Always replace seal.

NOTE: Do not touch the reflector surface.

Assemble in reverse order. Check that the seal is positioned correctly in the frame and carry out headlamp alignment. Adjustments
