- No DTCs stored in ECC control module, combined instrument panel or ABS control module.
- Combined instrument panel operating normally.

Possible source
- Open-circuit in the signal cable.
- Short-circuit to supply voltage or ground in the signal cable.
- Contact resistance in terminals.

Fault symptom[s]
- Blower fan not running.
- The blower fan runs at one speed.
