Replacing the lock unit on the tailgate, electric switch or motor (2/4-door)

Removing the lock unit from the tailgate (2/4-door)
- Remove the lock unit.

Installing the lock unit on the tailgate (2/4-door)
- Install the lock unit.

Removing the lock unit switch (2/4-door)





Remove:
- the lock unit.
- the cover.
- the cable from the slot on the reverse.
Switch upwards.
- the connector. Pull out the wiring.
Note the position of the wiring in the switch.
- the pins from the switch.
- the switch with the cable.

Installing the lock unit switch (2/4-door)





Install:
- the switch and cable through the hole.
Note the position of the switch.
Route the cable to the connector.
- the pins in the connector
- the switch in the mounting.
- the cable in the slot on the reverse.
- the cover.
- the lock unit.

Removing the lock unit motor (2/4-door)





Remove:
- the lock unit.
- the cover.
Motor upwards.
- the switch from the mounting.
- the pins from the connector.
Note the position of the wiring in the switch.
- the motor with the cable.

Installing the lock unit motor (2/4-door)

Install:
- the pins in the switch.
Note the position of the wiring in the switch.
- motor.
- the cable in the slot on the reverse.
- the cover.
- the lock unit.
