Power seat gear

Preparations

Remove:
- the seat from the car according to Lifting the power seat in and out Lifting the Power Seat In and Out.
- middle motor according to Front-rear adjustment motor (center motor) Front-Rear Adjustment Motor (Center Motor).
- front motor according to Front height adjustment motor (front motor) Front Height Adjustment Motor (Front Motor).
- rear motor according to Rear height adjustment motor (rear motor) Rear Height Adjustment Motor (Rear Motor).
- two screws for the cross stay.
- the seat rail according to Seat rail Seat Rail.

Replacing gear





Remove:
- snap ring (A).
- drive shaft.
Release the gear shaft by pushing the drive shaft towards it.
Angle out and remove the shaft.




- two screws (A).
- two nuts (B) and (D).

Install:
In reverse order.
