Condition
There are no diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) for the convertible system.

Possible source
- Open-circuit in the cable for the trunk lid inhibitor
- Short-circuit to ground in the cable for the trunk lid door inhibitor.

Fault symptom[s]
- No power operation of the trunk lid
- The trunk lid can be operated when the convertible top is being operated.

Hint: The trunk lid cannot be opened electronically.
