Replacing the limit position stops for the tension bow

Removing the limit position stops for the tension bow




Set the convertible top to the position illustrated.
Ignition off.




Detach the side section of the textile headlining around the C-post.
Remove 2 screws.
Replace the limit position stop.
Remove 1 nut and replace the bracket for the limit position stop for the tension bow.

Installing the limit position stops for the tension bow
Install in reverse order.

Adjusting the limit position stops for the tension bow




First adjust.
Detach the side section of the textile headlining around the C-post.
Adjust the limit position stop for the tension bow so that there is distance of 1 mm between the mating surfaces.

Replacing the guides for the roof arches

Removing the guides for the roof arches




Set the convertible top to the position illustrated.
Ignition off.





Remove:
- the side section of the textile headlining, see Replacing the textile roof Replacing the Textile Roof
- the 3 screws (A) for the guide
- the guide
- 1 screw (B) for the spacer
- the spacer.

Installing the guides for the roof arches
Install in reverse order.
