Read ROPS diagnostic trouble codes.
Have any diagnostic trouble codes been stored?
Yes: Go to AEA4.
No: Go to AEA6.

AEA4. Table Of Diagnostic Trouble Codes
Deal with the diagnostic trouble codes according to the instructions and then erase the diagnostic trouble codes.
Ignition off.
Read the diagnostic trouble codes.
Are one or more diagnostic trouble codes stored again?
Yes: Go to AEA4.
No: Go to AEA5.

AEA5. No Diagnostic Trouble Code Stored
Diagnostic trouble symptoms remain?
Yes: Go to AEA6.
No: Go to AEA8.


AEA6. Table Of Trouble Symptoms
Select the appropriate diagnostic trouble symptom and deal with it in accordance with the instructions.
Look out for any possible ROPS trouble symptoms.
Select one of the options.

AEA7. Check unlocking of central locking
The control unit does not register any diagnostic trouble code for unlocking the central locking. After working on the ROPS system, trouble-shooting must always be done. Then continue with AEA8.


AEA8. Inspection





Reset the car after trouble-shooting/repair.
Check that no diagnostic trouble codes have been stored in the other systems during trouble-shooting.
Erase any diagnostic trouble codes before returning the car to the customer. Fault corrected
