Clean and degrease the area
Warm the plastic before cleaning. Wash the surface with cleaning fluid in accordance with the instructions from the respective paint manufacturer.

Sand down with P 600 sand paper

Blow the surface clean and wash with cleaning fluid






Apply primer
Apply bonding primer to unpainted and properly sanded areas.
Coat thickness 5-10 micron
(1 spray stroke). For paint data see the specifications, Application data for paint materials Application and ID.

Apply the color paint.





METALLIC:
Metallic base painting
Spray on the base metallic paint as per the previous instructions, see METALLIC Metallic.
Varnishing
Use 2 part varnish according to the specifications.
Add softener (1277339-6) and mix
3 parts varnish to 1 part softener.
Thereafter mix 2 parts of the varnish mix (above) with 1 part hardener. Spray on the varnish as per the previous instructions.

SOLID:
Mix the solid paint with softener in the same way as for the varnish, i.e.:
3 parts solid paint with 1 part softener and thereafter this "mixture" with the hardener
2 parts solid (mixture) with 1 part hardener
