Testing Ground Points







- Ignition OFF.
- Connect the break-out box 981 3190 using adapter 981 3194 on the 16-pin green connector (terminals 31-46).

Connect an ohmmeter between battery negative terminal and:
- terminal 36 on break-out box.
- terminal 37 on break-out box.

In both cases the ohmmeter should read 0 [ohm].

OK - Calibrating Ground Terminals, Continued

Not OK - Checking For an Open-Circuit
