Checking voltage








- Ignition off.
- Disconnect VGLA control module.
- The courtesy lighting switch should be in the DOOR position.
Connect a voltmeter between large VGLA control module connector terminal 24 and ground.





Voltage should be approximately battery voltage.

OK - Checking connectors

Not OK - Checking cable

Check cable between VGLA control module #A24 and roof lamp connector terminal 5 for an open-circuit according to Checking wiring and terminals. Permanent fault Checking Wiring and Terminals. Permanent Fault. Check roof lamp connector for contact resistance and oxidation according to Checking wiring and terminals. Permanent fault Checking Wiring and Terminals. Permanent Fault.





Remedy as necessary. Select "Continue".

No - No Fault Found
