Volvo does not provide information for DTC P1332.
However, it has been reported that various Volvo engine control modules will produce this code. The code appears to be associated with incorrect camshaft position and may be accompanied by a DTC P0013 or P0033.

Possible causes:
- Faulty camshaft position
- Camshaft belt has jumped a tooth
- Defective reset valve
- Mechanical fault in the variable valve timing unit
- Defective camshaft position sensor

Manufacture codes associated with this P code may include ECM-640*, 641*, 643*, 644*, ECM-6400, 6441.
