Checking cable
- Ignition off.
- Disconnect the seat belt buckle connector.
- Ignition on.
Check seat belt buckle connector #2 for an intermittent short-circuit to supply voltage according to Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults.
Also check for contact resistance and oxidation according to Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults.
Remedy as necessary.
