Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information

Condition
Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SRS-313 is stored if the resistance in the wiring circuit is too low for longer than 3 seconds.

Possible source
- Short-circuit to ground in the connectors or in the signal cable for the left front or rear seat belt tensioner.
- Short-circuit to ground in the left front or rear seat belt tensioner (resistance too low in the igniter).

Fault symptom[s]
- The SRS indicator lamp lights

Caution! SRS-313 is stored if a fault occurs in the left front seat belt tensioner or the left rear seat belt tensioner. It may be necessary to carry out fault-tracing on the front and rear seat belt tensioners to find the fault.

Warning! There is a risk that the seat belt tensioner will not function if this diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored.
