Condition




If the voltage in the circuit is too high for more than 3 seconds, diagnostic trouble code SRS-224 will be set.

Possible source
- Short-circuit to voltage supply in the signal lead or in the passenger airbag.

Fault symptom[s]
- No fault symptom other than SRS warning lamp on.

Warning! There is a risk that the SRS passenger airbag module will not function if this diagnostic trouble code is set.
