Signal too low. Intermittent fault

Checking component












- Ignition off.
- Disconnect the solenoid connectors.
- Disconnect the control module.
For S1: Connect an ohmmeter between the control module 4 and ground and between 5 and ground. Test for an intermittent short-circuit to ground according to Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults.
For S2: Connect an ohmmeter between the control module 17 and ground and between 21 and ground. Test for an intermittent short-circuit to ground according to Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults.
Remedy as necessary.
