Checking the connectors and cables
- Ignition off.
- Disconnect the control module.
For S1: Take a reading between the control module 6 and 5 respectively between 2 and 5 for an intermittent short-circuit to supply voltage Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults.
For S2: Take a reading between control module 6 and 21 and between 2 and 21 for an intermittent short-circuit to supply voltage according to Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults.
Other information:
- To disconnect the control module, see Replacing the Roll-over Protection System (ROPS) module Service and Repair.
Select "Continue" when the fault has been repaired.
