Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ROP-430 is stored if resistance in the wiring circuit is too low for longer than 5 seconds.

Possible source
- The solenoid signal cables are short-circuited to each other.

Hint: Solenoid S1 is the left solenoid and solenoid S2 the right solenoid.
