Checking memory button function
- Ignition off.
Read off status for memory button 3 and MEM.
Depress programming button MEM and hold it down at the same time as memory button 3 is depressed.
The status for MEM and memory button 3 should change from OFF to ON when the relevant button is depressed.
OK - Checking memory function 3
Not OK - Connecting the breakout box
-------------------------------------------------
Checking memory function 3
Move seat to a new position using the control buttons.
Try to move the seat to the stored memory position 3.
Does the seat move to memory position 3?
Yes - Fault-tracing information
No - Replacing component
