Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information

Condition
Motor 1 controls the seat adjustment for length. If the control module receives a signal from the potentiometer that motor 1 is operating even though control button for seat forward/backward is not being activated then diagnostic trouble code (DTC) PSL/PSR-123 is set.

Possible source




- Wiring to motor 1 incorrectly connected.
- Wiring to potentiometer 1 incorrectly connected.
- Wiring pinched or damaged.
- Defective control module.

Fault symptom[s]
- The seat moves forward/backwards when seat position is adjusted.
- The seat moves forward/backward only a short moment before automatic shutdown occurs.
