Checking component and cables
Check cable between control module #8 and flame sensor signal cable for a short-circuit to ground according to Checking wiring and terminals. Permanent fault Checking Wiring and Terminals. Permanent Fault.
Hint: Because it is difficult to separate the flame sensor ground lead from the signal cable measure the cables one at a time to see if the re is a permitted value from one of them.
If no fault in the cable is found replace the flame sensor.
Remedy as necessary.
