Checking Glass Breakage Wiring












- Ignition off.

Disconnect the dashboard cable harness, connector D.

Check the cable between connector 24/13 #12D and the glass breakage sensor and between #13D and the glass breakage sensor for a short-circuit to ground according to Checking wiring and terminals - Permanent faults and a short-circuit to supply voltage according to Checking wiring terminals - Permanent faults.

If a short-circuit is found the fault is in the wiring to the glass breakage sensor.



Remedy as necessary.
