- Ignition off.

Disconnect the control module connectors.

Disconnect the cable harness for connector 24/9 A.

Check connector for contact resistance and oxidation according to Checking wiring and terminals - Permanent faults

Check #5A and #6A on both the male and female terminals for a short-circuit to ground Checking wiring and terminals - Permanent faults and a short-circuit to supply voltage according to Checking wiring and terminals - Permanent faults.

If short-circuit is found when measured at the female terminal the fault is in the connector or cable to the ultrasonic sensors.

If short-circuit is found when measured at the male terminal the fault is in the connector or cable to the siren or control module.

Remedy as necessary.

No - Replacing Component
