Checking components and wiring
Check the power supply cable. Check for a short-circuit to ground. Also check that the fuse is intact.
Check the cable between engine control module (ECM) terminal #A7 (#A7) and engine cooling fan (FC) relay terminal #IN1. Check for a short-circuit to ground.
Remedy as necessary.
