Caution! Do not apply rust solvent spray or grease to the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) connector.

Check the signal cable (+) between the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) #1 and the control module #A41 (#A41), signal cable (-) between heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) #5 and the control module #A42 (#A42), calibration current power cable between the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) #2 and the control module #A28 (#A28) and the pump current power supply cable between the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) #6 and the control module #A24 (#A24) for an intermittent short-circuit to supply voltage according to Checking wiring and terminals. Check the signal cable (+) between the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) #1 and the control module #A41 (#A41), the signal cable (-) between the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) #5 and the control module #A42 (#A42), the calibration current supply cable between the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) #2 and the control module #A28 (#A28) and the pump current supply cable between the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) #6 and the control module #A24 (#A24) for an intermittent short-circuit to ground according to Checking wiring and terminals.
