Condition




Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ECC-141 is stored if the control module detects that the signal from the left temperature selector is faulty. Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ECC-143 is stored if the control module detects that the signal from the right temperature selector is faulty.

Substitute value
The control module adopts a substitute value corresponding to 22°C.

Possible source
- Defective temperature selector (control module).

Fault symptom[s]
- The orange indicator LED in the REC and air conditioning (A/C) buttons flashes for approximately 20 seconds.
- The passenger compartment temperature does not correspond to the set value.
