Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information
Condition
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the combined instrument panel, when the engine is running, receives a signal from the engine control module (ECM) which corresponds to a temperature lower than -45°C (-49°F) (high frequency) or higher than +150 °C (302°F) (low frequency) for more than 10 seconds.

- None.
Possible source
- Open-circuit in the signal cable.
- Short-circuit to ground/voltage in signal cable.
- Fault in engine control module (ECM).
- Fault in combined instrument panel.
Fault symptom[s]
- Engine coolant temperature (ECT) gauge does not function.
- Too low engine coolant temperature (ECT) displayed.
