Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information

Condition
If there is no signal from the micro-switch for the front latch arm (rear position), the motor for front locking will continue to run against a mechanical stop. Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) 318 for overload is stored.

Possible source
- No signal from the micro-switch
- Too high current in the motor circuit
- Short-circuit to supply voltage in the signal cable.

Fault symptom[s]
- Convertible top control does not function.
