Condition
Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CCU-314 is stored if the motor for the cover plate lock is overloaded because it runs against a mechanical stop.

Possible source
- Short-circuit to supply voltage in the cable
- Mechanical cable sticks
- The spacer washer by the motor mounting is missing (gear wheel)
- The lock sticks.

Fault symptom[s]
- Convertible top control does not function.
