Signal too low. Intermittent fault

Checking connectors and wiring




- Ignition off
- Check the convertible control unit connector A. Check for an intermittent short-circuit to ground according to Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults.
Connect an ohmmeter between convertible control unit control module terminal #A17 and ground.
Take a reading for an intermittent short-circuit to ground according to Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults.
Check the ECC control module connector A. Check for an intermittent short-circuit to ground according to Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults.
Remedy as necessary.
