CCU-316 Opening Rear Lock Arms

Condition:
If the signal wire to any of the motors, rear lock arms or front locks have short circuited to voltage supply when the hood is lowered, an overload occurs and the diagnostic trouble code CCU-316 is displayed.

Possible Source:
A short circuit in the motor signal circuit.

Fault Symptom(s):
Power roof (hood) mechanism not working.
