DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) INFORMATION

Condition
Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ECM-922A is stored in the engine control module (ECM) if the ECM detects a fault in the CAN communication which affects the cruise control signals between the steering wheel module and the ECM.

This diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is not stored on its own. Search for the fault cause in the steering wheel module or in the central electronic module (CEM).

- cruise control switched off.

Possible source
- defective steering wheel module
- incorrect system voltage.

Fault symptom[s]
- general orange warning lamp lit
- cruise control does not function at all.
