The Engine Control Module (ECM) has previously registered a fault in the cruise control lever, but detects that the fault no longer exists.

This Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) indicates that either Cruise On and Resume or SET+ and SET- are active at the same time.
Try a new cruise control stalk according to Cruise Control Lever/Turn Signal Indicator Switch, Replacing
