FAULTY SIGNAL

Checking the connector
- Ignition off
- Check the pressure sensor connector. Check for contact resistance and oxidation. [1][2]Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults
- Ignition on
- Read off the pressure in the pressure sensor
- Start the engine. Depress and release the accelerator pedal (AP). Check that the voltage of the pressure sensor changes.

Does the pressure change by more than 0.1 Volt?
Yes - Testing Complete.
No - Continue below.


Checking the component
Check that the hose between the pressure gauge and intake pipe. Check for damage and leakage.

Remedy as necessary.
