Relay Replacement via Engine Compartment

DA1 Removing Relay(s):





The central electrical unit is located by the cowl panel on the left or right depending on the model. The engine compartment central electrical unit is located under a cover.

Remove:
- battery negative lead.
- cover screws.
- cover.
- relay(s).

DA2 Installing





- Replace relay. Position of relays as illustrated.
- Connect battery negative lead.
- Test relay function.
- Install cover and screws. Check that the cover has an airtight seal with the edges of the central electrical unit.
- Test relay function.

Position of Relays in Engine Compartment Central Electrical Unit:
101/102 Cruise control
103 Fuel pump (FP)
104/108 Main lighting relay / bulb failure warning sensor.
105 Overload relay X.
106 Overload relay 151.
107 Spare.
