Check cable between control module #A37 and transmission connector (control module side) #12 for a short-circuit to ground according to Checking wiring and terminals. Permanent faults.

HINT: With the ignition off and the transmission connector disconnected the resistance between #12 and #13 should be 765-1035 Ohms at 20 degree C (68 degree F). At other transmission temperatures, see table Component resistance values. With the control module and transmission connectors disconnected the resistance between control module #A37 and #A55 should be infinite.

Remedy as necessary.
