- Disconnect the tilt sensor connector.
- Ignition on.

Connect a voltmeter between tilt sensor connector #1 and ground.
Measure for an open-circuit according to Checking wiring and terminals - Permanent faults.

Remedy as necessary

Other information:
- The voltage on #1 should be approximately battery voltage.

Yes - Verification
