DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) INFORMATION




Condition
The engine determines the mass air flow based on the throttle position, engine speed (RPM), intake air temperature (IAT) and atmospheric pressure. A comparison is made between the calculated value and the value measured from the mass air flow (MAF) sensor.

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ECM-130A is stored in the engine control module (ECM) if the value deviates from the measured values.

Condition
- None.

Possible source

Faulty signal:
- Air leakage in the intake system
- Contaminated throttle disc
- Blocked crankcase ventilation or positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) nipple.

Condition
- Poor performance.
