Corrections in Service Bulletin 23-818 and 87-948

Service bulletin 23-818 and 87-948 need corrections. In SB 23-818 the pressure is changed to pounds per square inch (psi), and in SB 87-948 the reference to SB 87-942 is changed to 87-955.

Please stick the labels into the advised bulletins. After the labels have been placed into the service bulletins, please discard this Service Bulletin 23-938X.
