Caster (Axle Inclination)








Caster is the angle (B) between the vertical axis (A) and a line between the center of the lower ball joint and the suspension strut upper mounting (i.e. through the strut). Caster tends to return the wheel to the straight-ahead position, making steering easier. A larger caster angle also assists steering wheel return.

NOTE: Caster cannot be adjusted.
