A/C Panel Bulbs

MCC stands for Manual Climate Control, ECC stands for Electronic Climate Control.

Control Panel (MCC):

- Remove the three control knobs.
- Use tape to protect knobs and pull straight out.
- Remove two screws from panel.
- Remove radio if any and press fingers underneath on connectors. Push panel forward.
- Remove panel.
- Carefully undo hooks holding circuit board with lamps and remove circuit board.
- The bulb and holder form an integral unit, and cannot be replaced separately. Only the complete printed circuit board is available as spare.
- Press printed circuit board carefully into place. Check that hooks catch and hold printed circuit board in place.
- Check that lamps work.
- Reassemble in reverse order. DO NOT tighten screws too hard.

Control Panel (ECC):

- Remove radio if any and push in catch on underneath of unit and push unit out at the same time.
- Undo connectors on back.
- Undo the four screws holding the front.
- Remove front carefully and undo by twisting the lamp holder slightly. There are three lights. It may help to use angled long-nose pliers.
- Replace bulb.
- Reassemble in reverse order. Do not tighten screws too hard
- Check that lights operate properly.
