Figs. B,C & D:

- Turn Ignition off, lights off.
- Replacing the bulbs on the RH side is easier if you remove the front air duct to the control module box ventilation pipe, unhook the diagnostic unit and move it to one side (see Fig. A).
- Turn cover anti-clockwise and remove cover from lamp to be replaced.

Removing Low Beam Lamp (Outer Bulb):
- Turn the bulb and connector (one unit) 1/4 turn anti-clockwise and remove it (see fig. D).

Removing Main Beam Lamp (Inner Bulb):
- Turn the bulb and connector (one unit) 1/4 turn anti clockwise and remove it (see fig.D).
- Remove bulb complete, then pull out loose connector.
- Replace lamp.

- Fit connector together, making sure that the flat pin does not come out of female contact, as this could cause poor contact and make the insulation melt.
- Insert bulb into place. Push bulb towards reflector and push in, and hook spring clip in.
Check that lamp is located correctly.
- Refit cover. It will only screw in one way, with the word TOP at the top.
- If working on the RH side, refit ventilation pipe and diagnostic unit (see Fig. A).
- Test lamp to see if it lights up.
