F. Parts Ordering

There will be an initial allocation proportional to retail purchases, of Service Kit P/N 9184714-5 and plastic sealer P/N 1161401-3 starting on or about the week of October 21, 1996. This one time allocation of kits will be shipped only to retailers who we have determined to have purchased or sold these units. After this one time allocation you may order additional quantities using normal ordering procedures. The replacement engine block heaters can only be ordered by faxing your order to Volvo Retailer Support as needed (201-784-4551 - U.S.A. and 416-493-8754 - Canada). It is estimated that less than 4% of all vehicles inspected will require replacement of the block heater, therefore limited quantities are available and cannot be stocked. Please make every effort to minimize customer inconvenience if block heater replacement is required.
