Sunroof / Moonroof Frame: Service and Repair

Replacing sun roof base plate

Remove:
- sun roof. Service and Repair
- sun visor. Service and Repair
- wind deflector. Service and Repair
- cables. Service and Repair



- gutter (2 screws on each side).



- mechanism (complete). Service and Repair
- seal around sun roof opening (remove downwards).
- headlining.




- drain hose connectors. 4 hose clamps (1).
- electric sun roof motor limit switch (2).
- 9 sun roof base plate mounting screws (3).

Lift out sun roof base plate through the front passenger side door.

Install in reverse order.

Check for leaks.
