Footnotes to table:
1) Combined instrument warning lamp. When a fault occurs the DTC is stored and after a set interval the warning lamp begins to flash. If the fault is intermittent and disappears, the warning lamp will go out after the ignition switch has been switched ON and OFF a number of times, but the DTC will remain. The DTC should be checked.

2) Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) comes on.

3) Only while temperature remains high.

4) Combined instrument panel warning lamp flashes once.
