Temperature Switch:





All compressors on models from 1993 on are equipped with a temperature switch which INTERRUPTS the compressor supply if the unit becomes overheated (e.g. in the event of refrigerant leakage). The compressor will be SWITCHED IN again when the temperature falls to the normal level.
