SRS-112

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SRS-112 - Internal fault in the SRS sensor module

DTC Conditions
If the on-board diagnostic system has posted a fault in any of the internal sensor module functions, the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SRS-112 is stored.

Cause Of Fault
Internal fault in the SRS sensor module.

Fault Symptoms
No symptoms apart from the SRS warning lamp coming on.

WARNING: There is a risk that the SRS will not work if this DTC is posted.

Action

NOTE: DTC SRS-112 should not be cleared, the sensor module should be returned to Volvo in accordance with current procedures.

- Replace sensor module, Air Bag Control Module
