Transmission Cooler: Service and Repair

Radiator Module

• The radiator module consists of the radiator, the Air Conditioning (A/C) condenser, the power steering cooler and the Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) cooler.

Requirement

• The radiator module is removed. Refer to => [ Radiator ] Radiator.

- Remove the bolts - 1 and 2 -.






- Turn the radiator module around. Press the retainer - 1 - and remove the transmission fluid cooler.






- Remove the bolt - arrow - and the bracket - 1 - and then remove the power steering fluid cooler.






- Remove the retainers - A -, lift the A/C condenser slightly and remove it from the radiator in the - direction of the arrow -.
