Air Spring Damper
Air Spring Damper
- Before loosening the air line when installed, check whether the air spring is still filled with a residual pressure of approximately 3 bar.
- Press with the thumbs on the air spring bead. The bead must demonstrate noticeable resistance.
- If significant resistance is not noticed, the air spring is not pressurized.
- The vehicle can be driven up to 100 km with a depressurized air spring.
- The air spring must be replaced together with the pressure-holding valve when the vehicle is driven more than 100 km with a depressurized air spring.

• Only install clean components: Only unpack replacement parts immediately prior to installation.
• Only use lubricants indicated by part number.
• Carefully cover or seal open components, if repairs are not carried out immediately.
