Rear Air Spring Damper Components

The following components are part of the air spring:

• Cover - Item 4 - => [ (Item 4) Cover ]

• Outer guide - Item 5 - => [ (Item 5) Outer Guide ]

• Rolling bellows - Item 6 - => [ (Item 6) Boot ]

• Rolling piston - Item 7 - => [ (Item 7) Rolling Piston ]

• These components are installed together and cannot be disassembled.






1 Rubber Mount

2 Seal

• Always replace if removed.

3 Pressure-Holding Valve

4 Cover

• Installed as part of air spring with - Item 5 - => [ (Item 5) Outer Guide ] , - Item 6 - => [ (Item 6) Boot ] and - Item 7 - => [ (Item 7) Rolling Piston ].

• Cannot be removed and disassembled individually.

5 Outer Guide

• Installed as part of air spring with - Item 4 - => [ (Item 4) Cover ] , - Item 6 - => [ (Item 6) Boot ] and - Item 7 - => [ (Item 7) Rolling Piston ].

• Cannot be removed and disassembled individually.

6 Boot

• Installed as part of air spring with - Item 4 - => [ (Item 4) Cover ] , - Item 5 - => [ (Item 5) Outer Guide ] and - Item 7 - => [ (Item 7) Rolling Piston ].

• Cannot be removed and disassembled individually.

7 Rolling Piston

• Installed as part of air spring with - Item 4 - => [ (Item 4) Cover ] , - Item 5 - => [ (Item 5) Outer Guide ] and - Item 6 - => [ (Item 6) Boot ].

• Cannot be removed and disassembled individually.

8 Boot

9 Anti-Extraction Device

• Always replace if removed.

10 Seal

• Always replace if removed.
