• 1 Always replace

• 2 Insert using locking compound, refer to the Parts Catalog

• 3 Tighten the bolts in a diagonal sequence and in stages.

Generator Bracket Bolt Tightening Sequence and Specification






- Install and tighten the bolts in sequence - 1 through 4 - to 40 Nm.

Guide Frame Bolt Tightening Sequence and Specification






- Replace the bolts - 1 through 16 -.

- Tighten the guide frame bolts in the following sequence:

- Tighten the bolts - 1 through 16 - to 30 Nm.

- Tighten the bolts - 1 through 16 - to 50 Nm.

- Tighten the bolts - 1 through 16 - an additional 90° (1/4) turn.

- Tighten the bolts in 3 steps according to the tightening sequence:

• Replace bolts which have been tightened to an additional torque angle.

- Tighten the bolts in 4 steps according to the tightening sequence:
